We only offer supported contact, where several families meet in one room.
The most important people at our centre are the children, and it is very important for them to know both parents. We understand that when relationships break down, maintaining contact becomes difficult and stressful, and we are here to make the situation easier for all of you.
Referrals are usually made from professional agencies, for example Family Courts. We also accept SELF REFERRALS from families where these professional agencies are not involved.
Resident* or non-resident* parents or carers of children may make a self-referral. Please read the guidelines for parents. If you wish to proceed, download and print the appropriate form, and return to the Centre Coordinator by post or email attachment. The Coordinator will then contact you to arrange a pre-visit interview.
*Resident Parent is the one with whom the child lives
*Non-Resident Parent is the one with whom the child no longer lives
Whilst attendance at the contact sessions is free, there is a one-off charge of £5 for each parent to cover administration and set-up costs. This will be payable at the interview before contact commences.
